By creating an account or using the DueLoot Free Invoice Generator, you agree to these terms. If you are using this on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these terms.

2. Description of Service

DueLoot provides a web-based platform to create, manage, and store invoices.

  • Free Tier: Create unlimited invoices, saving functionality not included.
  • Premium Subscription: Includes unlimited storage, advanced branding, debt collection resources, reminders, and recurring invoices, sending features.

3. Subscription Payments & Refunds

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time via your Dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

4. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into your invoices. DueLoot is a tool, not a financial advisor. We recommend verifying all tax calculations with HMRC, IRS, or Revenue.ie.

5. Limitation of Liability

DueLoot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any tax penalties, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use of our service.
